To respect the time and schedule of all clients, the following cancellation policy is in place: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows me to offer the appointment time to another client. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a 30% cancellation fee, based on the total cost of the scheduled service(s). ❌ No-Show Policy Clients who do not show up for their appointment without any notice will be charged a 30% no-show fee. Arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may require shortening your service or rescheduling, and may also incur the cancellation fee if the appointment can no longer be completed. Fees must be paid before any future appointments can be booked. This policy helps ensure fairness, respect for my time, and availability for all clients.
